PHO Services

Karo Data Management has PHO Register Management Software, Monitor, that is used to provide register management services to over 25 PHOs.

This software meets all the PHO Register Management Requirements:

• combines multiple practice registers together
• generates the HL7 for submission to MOH
• generates Upload files for Practice Management Systems
• prepares reports at both PHO and practice level including both detailed updates and Register Analysis (including graphical representations of the Registers)
• fully functional utilization analysis including a report to HPAC and a report back to each practice and the PHO
• generates a spreadsheet of Practices and Providers for the PHO to complete, uploads that information and then produces Provider List to go to DHBNZ.

As part of the service to PHOs, Karo Data Management also administers the software on behalf of PHOs. Our PHO clients find this of great benefit compared to administering Monitor themselves.
