This update has been released to meet new Ministry of Health (MoH) reporting requirements, regarding referrals for hearing and recording family violence and postnatal depression.

Installation Steps
The instructions below expect that you understand MedTech and HealthLink (if you are unsure then watch the video first. If you require additional assistance with the update please contact Karo Data Management (04 384 1177).
- Check that you have the update file Well Child - Tamariki Ora 2015 (WCTO2MT).xml (This will be attached to the email that you were sent)
- Save this file to the MedTech bin UNL folder usually either M:\bin\UNL or M:\mt32\bin\UNL
- Open MedTech
- Goto Setup - Advanced Forms - Advanced Forms Manager
- Select "MedTech (MT)" in the Publisher field and then select "WCTO – Well Child – Tamariki Ora 2014"
- On the menu bar at the top click on "Advanced Forms" – Click on "Import Form"
- Browse to the UNL folder into which the Well Child- Tamariki Ora 2015(WCTO2MT).xml file was saved in step 2 above, select the file and click OK
- Click Validate - Click Import
- Double click on the form, select the Actions tab and check that the path listed in the "Send to HealthLink folder" field is correct for your server. If not, change it. If correct, close the setup windows.
- Open a new Tamariki Ora Form and click on the Admin Tab and check that the Version is now 3.1507
What changes are in this update
These updates are to meet the MoH reporting requirements

There are 2 changes on the INTERVENTION TAB:
- The Family Violence Screening now has three (3) options in the drop down menu:
- Yes (screening has been completed)
- Declined to answer (screening was attempted but not completed)
- No (screening was not completed)
- The Post Natal Depression Screening now has three (3) options in the drop down menu:
- Yes (screening has been completed)
- Declined to answer (screening was attempted but not completed)
- No (screening was not completed)
- The Family Violence Screening now has three (3) options in the drop down menu:
- There are 3 changes to the referral type in the REFERRAL TAB:
- Hearing has been removed and replaced by the following 2 options:
- Hearing Loss
- Hearing Infection
- Family Violence has been added into the drop box options – please note: this information will only be sent in an aggregated form to the MoH
- Post natal depression has been added into the drop box options – please note: this information will only be sent in an aggregated form to the MoH
