Susan Iversen has worked on database design, development and
implementation since 1985. She has extensive experience in the health sector
working as the practice manager at Newtown Union Health Service for a period
before deciding to focus on IT systems for primary health care services. She is
the developer of Karo's PHO Register Management Software and has a good
understanding of the data requirements of PHOs. Over the last two years she has worked on a joint project, among a number of district
health boards and Maori Tamariki Ora providers, to develop a standardised data
collection and reporting system.

Patricia Cooper has many years experience working in medical practices from receptionist to Practice Manager,
so has an understanding of the problems facing both administration and clinical staff. After returning from her big OE in 2008
Patricia worked at Te Mangai Paho, the Government Crown Agency for funding Maori Radio and Television, for ten months.
Patricia is very happy working back in the health sector at Karo Data Management.

Catherine Iversen worked for many years as a mental health practitioner. This clinical
experience has been invaluable to Karo in the development of better IT services
to the primary health sector. Catherine works closely with several PHOs in the
Auckland region assisting them to meet their and their practices IT needs. More
recently Catherine has developed a number of MedTech Advanced Forms for use by
practices and PHOs. She is based in Auckland.
