On your last working day of the quarter you must
import your CBF Upload File.
Karo will send you this and it is
located in the FF_In/CGC folder in your HLink Folder.

Management System.

above.
Every quarter Karo sends a file to the Ministry of Health containing your
patients who may be eligible for CBF funding.
These patients are assessed by
the Ministry and an amended file of funded patients is returned to
Karo.
We
analyize this then create a new file that can update your Practice Management
System and send it to you via Healthlink.
NB: It is up to you to import
this!
We will email but do not phone you to remind you so it is important
you remember to do it.
This file will update the funding status for the
quarter. It also updates various fields if changes to the patients demographic
are identified
e.g. NHI, CSC, Quintile etc.
If this file is not
uploaded it may affect the GMS claiming of Fee for Service against other
practices who are now receiving funding for patients
you were previously
funded for.
