Reports

All of our reports are produced as MS Excel spreadsheets, there are two main reasons for this:

• we can send multiple reports in one document - each sheet in the spreadsheet is effecively one report
• we want the person who gets the reports to be able to do whatever they want with them e.g. cut and paste information into a new spreadsheet, just print parts of the spreadsheet, change the graphs or create new graphs etc
