Well Child/Tamariki Ora Advanced Form

Introduction

The Well Child/Tamariki Ora Framework covers screening, education and support services offered to all New Zealand children, from birth to five years, and to their families/whanau.

Karo Data Management and MedTech Global Ltd have jointly developed the Well Child/Tamariki Ora Advanced Form to facilitate the recording of information required as part of the Framework. The form is designed to provide a "one stop" location within MedTech to record all the information for a Well Child/Tamariki Ora Check.

Karo Data Management also provides a "back end" reporting service which takes care of generating reports and the file to be sent to the DHB/MOH.
